Background:
Prior to founding NexGen Search, Cynthia spent 11 years recruiting effective teams across multiple industries. Her executive search practice focuses on executive search across many industries including Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Professional Services and Not-for-Profit. Cynthia has worked with Fortune 500 clients such as Coca Cola, Johnson and Johnson, Sony and Allergan as well as with early stage start-up companies such as Yahoo, Axcient, Meebo and Exult. Cynthia knows how to “read between the lines” to identify the right people based on her clients needs.

Cynthia began her career in Human Resources in the Retail and Technology sectors with Sony, Associated Dry Goods and Dayton Hudson. Cynthia has a BA in History from the University California, Santa Barbara. She is conversational in Spanish, and in her spare time she enjoys golf, skiing, and hiking “fourteeners” with her husband Greg, and dog Bella.
