Jim Shaw

Jim brings more than 20 years of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to his role as Search Director with NexGen Search. In the past he has worked for Fluor, Ingram Micro, Experian and Toshiba in a variety of roles. In addition to his corporate experience, Jim also spent five years with a boutique search firm.

Jim’s is a generalist with special expertise in finding great people for technical roles along with successful searches in finance, HR, sales, marketing and unique positions like veterinarian.

Jim earned a BA in Managerial Studies from Rice University and lives in San Clemente, California.
