Kelly, Search Director
Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management with emphasis in talent acquisition and organization development. She worked for Fortune 500 companies including GE, The Limited, Inc., Clorox, and Merck-Medco. She has also worked with smaller companies helping them build their leadership teams.
In all of her roles, Kelly has been very involved in candidate assessment for long term potential and cultural fit. From re-structuring and building internal departments, to strategizing director level moves for an organization, to retained search for VP level talent, Kelly has proven success in understanding the client’s needs and assessing candidate’s abilities to meet those needs.
Kelly holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
