Megan, Researcher & Recruiter

Megan joined the NexGen Search Solutions team as a Researcher & Recruiter in 2017. Prior to joining NexGen, Megan spent 12 years working in Human Resources in the Medical Device and Manufacturing industries, specializing in Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Restructuring, and Recruiting. Megan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication.

In her free time, Megan enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband and young son, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants (when they aren’t playing her hometown Chicago Cubs).
